Mark Bay attended Columbia University in the City of New York. Mark also has undergraduate and graduate studies in Environmental Science at the State University of New York Purchase. He has always had a deep concern for the environment, energy efficiency, sustainable growth and waste reduction long before “Green Building” became popular. His graduate studies include Public Administration.
Mark has more than 35+ years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. Prior to establishing Tri-Bay Construction, he spent the prior 16+ years with one local commercial contractor as a Superintendent, Estimator and Senior Project Manager. Mark has developed relationships with subcontractors and suppliers that provide the team effort every successful, quality project demands.
Elizabeth Bay, along with a small, trusted and experienced group of advisors and consultants offers Tri-Bay Construction the technical and business perspective and support required to serve present and future clients with an honest construction experience – unique to the industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Linda Bay is a graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, with a degree in Business and Finance. She brings more than 35 years in accounting and finance experience from the corporate sector and manages the company’s financial business.
General Field Superintendent
Michael Brown commands field operations and job site decisions. Michael has been in the Concrete and Building Industry for more than 33 years and brings vast structural knowledge and an ability to relate with subcontractors and clients alike. Michael serves as the liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers and jurisdictional authorities.
Grady is a native Floridian, one of the few, and has lived from one end of the state to the other.
Grady has a B.S. in Information Systems Technology from Seminole State College in Sanford, FL.
He has residential and commercial construction experience spanning 30+ years. From labor in various trades, to high-end woodworking and cabinetry, to working with design professionals, to sales, and oversight and management. Working in high end homes he developed an eye for meticulous attention to detail and has been part of the process of seeing clients’ concepts and visions; through research, necessary planning and execution to gratifying end results.
He has a commitment to understanding a client’s expectations, works to educate our clients, communicates effectively, and is solution oriented in order to deliver an exceptional project outcome and exceed the client’s expectations.
